| I had a feeling there was a leak somewhere in my Lexus a few months back. After realizing it wasn?t as simple as replacing an old clamp I brought it in the Townsend and they were able to find the leaks and replace my radiator (leak was at the bottom of the old radiator) at a good price. They also cleaned up the area of the old coolant, the containers, and fixed my bottom panel covering everything no extra charge! Looks great now, sounds even better. Glad to have my Es300 1992 (50k miles) up and running again. I feel secure driving again and not nervous, thanks Townsend I?ll be back for a tuneup soon!! |

| Even though I went in for an oil change, Larry was awesome and very welcoming, communicated well with when to come in and precise on the timing of having my vehicle done. His shop was small and simple which brings a bit more personal customer service. I plan on returning to get my brakes done. I may have just found my new mechanic |

| These guys were great. Went in 2 days before a road trip for a check engine light. They worked hard to diagnose the true problem and get it fixed in the most cost efficient manner possible. Larry let me know that my front brakes were dangerously low. They got it all done in 2 days and we had a great, safe trip. |

| Larry et al did a great job putting our car back together after the previously repaired power steering system part failed. Things could have moved faster, but we suspect that problem related to the supplier of the problem part being in not too much hurry to provide a replacement part under warranty. |
