| Larry and his staff have always been on top of everything when I need help with one of my cars with the best of my interest in resolving problems. This is the second time I found Larry telling me that he ?did some digging around? with my OEM and found something of value-add to save me money on parts or root cause analysis related to mechanical issues. His team is amazing! |

Don't be offput by the crowed lot to enter- it just means they have alot of satisfied and repeat customers and.they will take it from there and move your car into the well. An added benefiit is f you choose to wait in the waiting room/office you meet the nicest customers and great office manager. Discovered a great eggs benedict place owned by one of these customers. |

| When I moved to the Bay Area 6 years ago from Minneapolis, Townsends was the first shop I visited to service my 2013 Jeep Wrangler and I?ve never wanted to go anywhere else. Larry has always been fair and honest, performed many preventative issues to extend my old jeeps life, and his crew has always done great work. Highly recommend this shop! |

| My car is now running perfectly after bringing it to Townsend automotive. Coolant was leaking and they fixed the hose that cause the leak and did the oil change and checked the car out thoroughly. Yes I would highly recommend Townsend Automotive and they also picked me up to bring me to pick up my car. |
